2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate participants, operate the marketplace, match opportunities, record agreements, verify payment and fulfillment, prevent abuse, support participants, maintain audit evidence, comply with law, and improve MASHDROP.

3. Payment information

Qualified payment providers handle payment credentials and connected payment-account information. MASHDROP does not need to store full card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking passwords. We may retain provider references and normalized payment status needed to reconstruct the commercial transaction.

4. Tracking and marketplace measurement

MASHDROP may record visits to tracked sponsored links and related technical information to measure placement performance and protect marketplace integrity. We aim to minimize visitor data and focus measurement on the commercial placement rather than building persistent cross-publisher advertising profiles.

5. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate authentication, hosting, payments, security, verification, analytics, and support; with the other party to a transaction when necessary to perform the agreement; and when required by law or to protect users, MASHDROP, or the public.

6. Data retention

We retain marketplace records for as long as reasonably necessary for transaction history, security, dispute handling, audit, accounting, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. Retention may vary by record type and legal requirement.

7. Security

MASHDROP uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account and marketplace information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so participants should also protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise.

8. Your choices and requests

Participants may request help with account information, privacy questions, or applicable access/correction requests by contacting support@mashdrop.com. Some commercial, security, tax, or audit records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.

9. International use

MASHDROP and its service providers may process information in countries other than the participant’s own. Availability of marketplace or payment services may vary by jurisdiction and provider.
